This bottom floor 1-bedroom vacation condo rental has a large bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom, entryway and patio. The rental unit includes a king bed in the large bedroom with large walk-in closet and a new in 2007 queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This 1 bdrm/1 bath 600 sf condo is located on the bottom floor of the building. The unit comfortably and privately sleeps 2 - 4 people. You will experience the beauty and sounds of the Blue River from the patio and living area.

After a day of skiing, boarding, biking or hiking, walk across the street to the year-round heated pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. The condo kitchen is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils. Bedroom and bathroom linens are provided as are basics for your vacation like soap, dish detergent, paper towels, t.p., and tissues.
