A beautifully furnished and decorated townhome with a fabulous mountain feel for the guest who wants all the comforts while on vacation! One of the newest townhome complexes constructed in the popular Four Seasons area, our spacious tri-level townhome offers a one block walk to shopping, restaurants and night life on Main Street or easy access to free shuttle. We're only 800 feet to the nearby Quicksilver Super Six Chairlift at the base of Peak 9.

This location is even better than ski-in / ski-out because you have easy walking access to all of Breckenridge's activities while being situated directly on the Blue River. The mountain feel next to the river and amongst the pines is fabulous. You can enjoy this retreat while convienently enjoying everything that Breck offers. With three master suites, this 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, 2,100 sq ft fully furnished 3-level townhome sleeps 6 - 10 comfortably and privately. The upper level master suite, located on the top floor, offers a queen bed, walk-in closet, gas fireplace, private bath and small deck. The second bedroom on the upper level features a custom-made twin/full captain's log bunk bed with a trundle, extra large closet and a private bath -- perfect for kids and more than comfortable for adults.

The elevated main level consists of the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath and a large deck. You'll be at home with the 52" Widescreen HDTV and gas fireplace. The attractive, modern kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking with Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker & Toaster, cooking utensils and dinnerware.

The lower level is the entry level. Come in, take off your shoes and get ready to enjoy your home away from home. Ener through the heated garage or the front door. Outside the front door is hand made log ski racks. This ground level features a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. Here you'll find the 5-person hot tub on the deck overlooking the Blue River. This level also houses the laundry facilities. All bedroom and bathroom linens are provided. Basics also include soap, dish and dishwasher detergent, paper towels, t.p. and tissues. Every bedroom has a television and DVD / VCR.
