This 4 bedroom vacation home is fully equipped with a two kitchens, dining area, two living rooms, two gas fireplaces, washer/dryer, several balconies and a patio and private garage. Access to the Columbine Clubhouse feature group use hot tubs and a year-round heated pool is included.

Located a short 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Six ski lift and downtown Breckenridge, this location is even better than ski-in / ski-out because you have easy walking access to all of Breckenridge's activities while being situated directly on the Blue River. The mountain feel next to the river and amongst the pines is fabulous. You will find us on the Map of Breckenridge at Pine Creek, on the south end of town (left-center of the map). You can enjoy this retreat while convienently enjoying everything that Breck offers.

This home is more than your average Breckenridge lodging. It sleeps up to 14 people easily, comfortably and privately with a Queen bed and gas fireplace in the large master and a King in the second master suite. Bring the family or a group friends and still enjoy your private time. All bedrooms in this spacious 2100 sq. ft. Breckenridge rental have a private bath. With three master bedrooms, this 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, fully furnished 4-level townhome sleeps 10 - 14 comfortably and privately.

Inside this end-unit townhome, the elevated main level features a well-equipped main kitchen, dining and living room highlighted by large windows and wooded views, gas fireplace and 52" Widescreen HDTV / VCR / Stereo / CD. Other amenities of this beautifully appointed mountain vacation rental include four wooded decks, one with a 5 person private hot tub, washer/dryer, one car garage with additional outdoor parking space and the Pool Center across the street featuring indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a year-round heated swimming pool.

The attractive, modern main kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking with Refrigerator, Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker & Toaster, cooking utensils and dinnerware. There is an assortment of spices available for your use. All bedroom and kitchen linens are provided. Basics also include soap, dish detergent, paper towels, t.p. and tissues.

Every bedroom has it's own full, private bathroom with bathtub and a television with DVD and VCR. The upper level master suite, located on the top floor, has a queen bed, gas fireplace, private bath and small deck. The other upper level bedroom features a twin/full bunk bed with a trundle and a private bath. The elevated main level consists of the main living room, the main kitchen, dining room, half bath and a large deck. The entry level has a master bedroom with a king bed and a private bath. This level also has a deck with a 5-person hot tub overlooking the Blue River, and contains the laundry facilities.

The fourth bedroom is on bottom level of this home and is part of a one bedroom lock-off apartment with access from the main part of the home as well as a private entry. There is a full bathroom, second kitchen fully equipped kitchen and second livingroom. Outside the french doors, is a lovely patio next to the Blue River, among the pines in a beautiful mountain scene. This level makes this vacation rental perfect for multi-family vacations, vacations with in-laws and multi-generations. Everyone can enjoy their time and their space.
